You can make any technical project you want- both software and hardware are accepted!
Can I participate?
Anyone 18 or younger can participate!
What are the project requirements?
Your project should:
- be open source
- have a README.md
- utilize randomization
- work out of the box (no compiling locally!)
How do I track time?
For software projects, use Hackatime with any text editor of your choice. For hardware projects, use Lapse to screen-record your progress.
Can I submit my project to another Hack Club program?
Double-dipping isn't allowed, sorry!
When does Entropy end?
Entropy runs from June 24, 2026, to July 8, 2026.
